Next Collection is a 15-storey, P-shaped building right on the seafront, just 3 minutes from the Batumi Botanical Garden and 20 minutes from the city center. The complex is built using monolithic frame technology with seismic resistance up to magnitude 8.

The building offers studios from 24 m², one-bedroom apartments from 35 m², two-bedroom apartments from 55 m², and three-bedroom layouts. Engineering systems include Daikin VRF air conditioning and panoramic glazing.

Construction is scheduled for completion in December 2027. The neighborhood — Magnolia and Makhinjauri districts — offers a school, a university, supermarkets, and restaurants.
